Doorstep Delivery Service

Enjoy hassle-free delivery with our Doorstep Delivery Service, and have your order delivered conveniently to your doorstep.

If your order contains fewer than 4 items and you would like to receive it sooner than standard SingPost mail, you may opt for courier delivery to your doorstep.

Delivery Timing

• Delivery is made 3 days after your purchase is confirmed, between 10am and 7pm, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

• For example, if your purchase is confirmed on Monday before 8.30pm, your parcel will be delivered on Thursday between 10am and 7pm.

Please Note

• Our order processing cut-off time is 8.30pm. Orders confirmed after 8.30pm will be processed on the following day.

• As delivery is outsourced to a third-party courier service, we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

• Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel at your doorstep or in your riser.
